like every other
A national day to spend
it with your loved ones
a day to spend money
on chocolate, and sweets
in a box shaped like a heart
with roses waiting by the door
to bring people back together
when the road gets rough
or to help keep sparks
in a relationship
Valentine's day is made
for love and spent for love
