A Dirty Slum Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

A Dirty Slum

Rating: 5.0

Talking of a common anger-
It was a time, doctors and teachers
Equated to God holding them in awe
People no longer now ready to spare.

After meets and greets victims speak
Balancing mental wellness tales-
Tragic comedy chooses to put in words
Painting, the true painful experiences.

Fit as a fiddle, looking more wise-
Healthy choice is with service providers
Idiots like water, spread over everywhere
Occupying three fourth of the earth.

See, black sheep looking like a panther
Can give a wolf attack at any time-
As and when needed their services
To mend and cure the evil and disease.

It's time to reform teachers and doctors
Everyone is ashamed of their roles-
Lamenting of the failed socio-system
God left heaven hiding into a dirty slum.
