A Disease Poem by Jace Wolford

A Disease

Rating: 5.0

You are like a Disease,
You spread slowly over my body...

You start with my eyes
and move to my thoughts.
You drop to my heart
and make your sweet spots.

You then go down to my stomach
and I hunger for you.
You take my breath away
and I turn blue.

You make your home down
deep in the bones of my thighs.
My knees get weak,
when we lock eyes.

My feet are quick
and I am running out of time.
Your touch, it shatters me,
clear to my spine.

You are a disease
and there is no cure.
I am so glad
I found a Love, so pure.
