A Distance Friend Poem by Scott Michaud

My friend is a distance away on the Pacific coast.
We talk everyday send a text everyday either day or nighthere for him. t I'm always there for him offering my support.
Like any friend would be.
Talking with him makes me feel I'm actually there.
He feels like where I am heir there.
As we met in the same location where I was attending.
We went our separate routes until a few weeks ago he found me.
Is important to each other catching up on what is going on a daily basis is very important to a true friend.
There is not a day we cannot go without touching base because to me and him our true friend friendship is important between him and me.
