A Distant Whisper In My Ear - Poem by Kellys Knockout
A distant whisper in my ear,
Brings another lonely tear.
A Shadow in my sleep,
Wakes me up to weep.
The pictures in my head,
Alone now in my bed.
Lonely, scared and lost,
What that fateful day has cost.
The one I loved and held so dear,
A distant whisper in my ear.
