Someone who closes the door to her heart
When storms are overpowering her
Shutting all windows
Inside her fragile spirit
Erasing her fears
In an instant
Re-writing her story
With the colours of the rainbow
Painting her heart with love
A friend of hers
Chooses to stay
When others are gone
Chooses to laugh
At her silly jokes
Chooses to ignore
Her imperfections
And enjoys her company
