A Funeral Poem by Jorge Arturo Valles Anguiano

A Funeral

Between all the voices,
between all the sadness,
there's a cricket,
narrating a stroy about a magnificent mother,
whose two sons,
see her stone with sadness,
leaving a flower to their mother,
and they see others do it aswell,
the kids feel terrible for what happened,
but their friends are there,
to support them with everything,
probably they don't help so much,
but they try to do their bests.

Worried about their friends who have lost their mother,
she wasn't only a mother,
she was a daughter,
she was a friend,
she was someone that was loved by someone else...,
but now,
the cricket narrates the go of the older son to the house of his grandparents,
saying goodbye to each one of his friends,
and one of them tells him,
'All is gonna be fine',
what does this mean?
It means that he can give to him the answer or the question,
if he gives the answer,
he'll be absolutely fine,
if he gives the question,
it's because he's worried and unsecure of what is going to happen with him,
not only the sons have to choose the question or de answer,
their friends are the ones that'll decide that,
if the answer or the question.
