A Gift In A Lady - Poem by Talmadge Rogalla

With a sweet delicate voice,
And a beautiful bright smile,
With a big heart that says,
Let’s go the extra mile.
She lifts my spirits,
With the twinkle in her eyes,
She refreshes my soul,
Within which goodness lies.
With such a helpful heart,
And such a sweet delicate voice,
You inspired me to write verse,
For which I really have no choice.
With that pleasant sparkle,
Deep from the heart within,
Moved by an act of kindness,
I tell my next of kin.
If God suddenly made all,
As beautiful as you,
We would live in a world of love,
A world that would be new!
