A Glass Of Wine - Poem by Joe Howell

A glass of wine, and a dozen tears
await me at the end of the day
Now that the pot is broken
life made out of clay

The day you walked out
life stopped to breathe
now I have a glass of wine
a dozen tears, to stay with me
