A Good Cry Poem by Randy McClave

A Good Cry

Please don't ask me why
That when I'm depressed I sit, I don't sigh,
Especially when no one is around
Then I am emotional bound.
Everyone needs a good cry.

No matter of a person's life or job
Even if the heart they enjoy to cheat and rob,
Everyone needs a form of release
So, their own pain and hurt will cease.
Everyone needs a good sob.

Instead of counting sheep
When from sadness and hurt you can't sleep,
When you must release your own pain
And then the tension falls like the rain.
Everyone needs a good weep.

Sometimes your emotions will call
And you just cannot fight them all,
You then become sensitive and seething
And heavy is your breathing.
Everyone needs a good bawl.

Please don't ask me why
But, this truth to all it does apply,
When a person needs relief and to feel better
Unto your a emotions don't be a debtor.
Everyone occasionally needs a good cry.
