A Hard Working Man's Woe's Poem by Guy Richard Baldwin

A Hard Working Man's Woe's

MY BODY IS WRACKED IN PAIN
IT'S THE BACK AGAIN
AND THE ANGER RISES
WILL IT EVER BE THE SAME?

WHERE ONCE I ROSE INVINCIBLE
I NOW FEEL VUNERABLE
AS MY AGEING BODY
BETRAYS ME AGAIN

WILL IT EVER BE THE SAME?

WILL IT EVER BE THE SAME? no, downhill until 'An Early Retirement'. I wrote a few poems on the lot of the working man also.
