A Little Bit Of Zen - Poem by Doc. Smooth

My feet striking the pavement in a rhythmic cadence.
Taking deep controlled breath's,
clearing my mind of my daily woes.
My best friend, with his four large paws, keeping perfect pace.
Energy is renewed as we follow along the path
that will lead us to our goals.
Mother nature shares her beauty with us
in a slow dance when we decelerate our speed
from the fast-pace in this life we take.
