Never thought it would be this way
Baby in hand, my sanity in yours
Isolated thoughts, no more words to say
My soul has nothing more to give

Emotions unknown
In solitude I live
Human touch? I don't understand
It's been so long, I don't think I can

Everything is so strange to me
Loneliness cresses my body
I don't know how to act
I don't know how to be

An emptyness I've never known
Longing for a love never shown...
