To My Mother Poem by Tonya June

To My Mother

Rating: 5.0

Being a mom is a special thing
To watch your children grow and spread their wings
I'm filled with admiration when I see you
Knowing that your there for us, In everything we do
I'm taken back by my childhood memories
The laughs and the cries
The strength and determination of a young woman's heart
Teaching and guiding her children right from the start
As proud as I am to be a mom now
If it wasn't for you I wouldn't know how
when I see you with your grandchildren,
So much Joy, it makes me smile
Seeing the same love, walking the same mile...

your poem makes me cry for a mother like that, instead of the dreadful one i have.

Yes, Eve has a special place in the propagation of the human race And truly all mothers can wear proud a face to see their rowing children's pace! Good poem Dr John Celes
