A Mans Wisdom Poem by Julian Takali

A Mans Wisdom

As a theif with lingering desires
You can rob me
To poverty
But I will retain one entity
And that phenom will stay in me
Will brood for centuries
Will blossom continually

My knowledge is untouchable

As I am the captain of my voyage
And I remember every wave
Every ominous cloud
Every mysterious shrill
Every deathly rendevoux
And even if the sea consumes me
I will keep in my skull of treasure
Those experiences
That wisdom
That savoir faire
So I dare all and every pirate
To try and crack my lock
For even if you steal the gold
My sapience, you will not!
