One On Nostalgia Poem by Julian Takali

One On Nostalgia

When a boy of youth my soul was
Into the moving forests I bounded
By the pebbles and stones
By the fowls in their homes
By flora and fauna was I surrounded
My young legs leapt me infinite
To forever I could go
But now as I reminisce
Its a shame how the boy from before
Moves ever so slow
