A Merry Journey Poem by kalyan mech

A Merry Journey

I want to ask a question,
Time; Are you running to fast?
But i know he will smile and say,
'I don't know what is slow or what is fast,
I am ever flowing ripple after ripple and you call it time'.

Sometime a earthquake shake my heart; thinking
Will today the sun bid me the last goodbye,
But i console my heart and pray
O' ball of fire, if tommorow accidently
We meet again by the street,
Don't hesitate to bestow on me your shine.

When i see the flying birds in the evening sky,
How happily they are returning to their nests,
Then i ponder in a thought of ecstacy,
How merry journey will be that
When i will return home; true home of mine.
