A Moment

I must take a moment
and just stay still.
I must enjoy the stillness
and get my fill.
For my moment
can give me what I need
to keep me quiet
in thought and deed.
This moment to me
is like a day.
Though tiny in time,
It's huge as I pray
for a moment.
