RIC BASTASA

A Morning Resolution - Poem by RIC BASTASA

to wake up so early
and then sit idly by the window
contemplating upon the
gray world outside;
the shadows of trees
the coldness of air
the sweet scent of
the coming light

reinventing life
for another
start.
