A Mothers Love - Poem by Shane Clift

When your skies are dark and no one seems to care
A mothers love is always there
She eases the pain and fixes the hurt
She laughs and cries always with adoring eyes
She scolds with praise and guides your way
Her words of wisdom forever will stay
Her face you will always treasure
A mothers love will lift you up
She will give you strength as if from above
With out her you would not be the person in the mirror you see
When you are lost she will find you
So look to her when you are scared
Cause a mothers love is always there
