A Multitude Of Faiths. Poem by Heath Gunn

A Multitude Of Faiths.

Rating: 5.0

Hindu's Sikhs and Muslims,
a multitude of faiths.
A multiracial country,
all housed, and warm, and safe.
Buddhists, Jews and Catholics,
all praying to their God.
A Sunday morning service,
or wash the car and walk the dog?
There are some who worship money,
their colour of faith green.
They're spiritual side a vacant void,
driven by pure greed.

Lovely piece of poetry, written with depth of spiritual insight, to capture the essence of the poem and the poet's conviction. Brief and well encapsulated. Thanks for sharing.
