A Nation That Has No Mind
misery shall always rise
on a nation that has no mind
everyday, every second we could find
destruction and sorrow is the price
it is something we could realize
are you waiting for a sign?
the sign that shall never rise
on a nation that has no mind
that don't recognize bad from fine
thinks that it was all a divine
the world is full of lies
i doubt it heard the cry
of people that is about to die
there only aim was to buy
peace but was killed by a sly
but peace shall never rise
on a nation that has no mind
still waiting for a sign
but it shall never rise
on a nation that has no mind
if my thoughts were only a dream
is it hard for us to believe
that we could put an end to the scream
it could be a relief
to find our way to the glittering beam
Mariam I am with you. This is such a painted picture of what a nation that has no mind is all about. The powers that be that run the nation that has no mind, have no minds of their own either. War, crime, killings, beatings, bigotry, hate, indifference, intolerance, prejudice, carelessness. These are all in the nation that has no mind. If these things didn't exist then maybe, just maybe the nation that has no mind would start to grow a brain and actually think. Maybe. I can tell there was a lot of thought put into writing this deep and sad message that will make most actually think and look at themselves. A 10+++++ and thank you so much for sharing this with us.
