On the path of love;
I am a novice
You say and I cherish
You smile and disguise
Grin and frown
As if I am a clown
And sitting on a cornice
Asking me to fulfil
Your life’s wish
Frightened, me and Angels
Begging you to come down
To the highway of life
A vigorous youth
But with no wish for life
Never, it’s a breath disguised
On the path of love
You tread
And say I have love cast aside
In my heart
You are a glowing light
And as I proceed
To catch hold of you
My clumsiness upsets the light
I stumble and fall
Fall and stumble
To catch you
Only to finish as a novice………..
