A Petty Rhyme
It's a waste of time!
It's worth a dime!
This fit-for-nothing petty rhyme!
But why not try
My ball-pen ply
Composing it in a wee time? -
"Under any clime
The worth of a lime,
Or a lemon which is quite the same,
Is an affluent mine
Of vitamins..."
No longer can I find a line! -
So, psht! goes off my petty rhyme!
