A Place Unkown Poem by Pondering Portrait

A Place Unkown

Rating: 5.0

Untouchable, unreachable
A place unknown
Never conjured up
But one i proudly own

Darkness, silence
A limitless space
That only accommodates
Dreams that dip and grace

Whispers, ghosts
Substance of their being
Nurtured by old thoughts
Fresh and always teeming

Sanity, Reality
Strung between these ropes
A noose wrapped around me
One of fragile hopes

Awakening, panicking
Fear broken loose
Staining all life’s beauty
In dull, abstract hues
