ya, , a prayer can help...but its ourself can help first..discipline is the most..phyisician's advice should be followed...control everything, and have limitation to many....first to control is..carbo should be lowered to one cup per meal..less sugar too...we should always remember that carbo and starch will turn into sugar...and sugar can increase dia so, all of the primary should be avoided...then, carbonated drinks too...diabetes invites other illnes like disease of kidney, heart failure, inrease of blood pressure, creatinine, bone cancer, anemia(blood platelets) , vision, so, careful to what we take, it will cause complications..... if these lines of yours are really pertaining to diabetes so, maybe my words fit to this..but if this piece of urs are a poetic one, well, maybe my words dont satisfy as explained...i saw this piece of urs at the new poems, the title is interested so i shared some for it..to the author...this is nice..and to some diabetic readers, always have ur dia be checked all the time to avoid dialysis..
