A Price I Would Have Gladly Paid Poem by Sans Serif

A Price I Would Have Gladly Paid

Rating: 1.0

I have you my
Heart
Along with my
Soul.
Why then did
You reject me?
Are you worth
More than that
Or is it just
You, I can't have.
You decide you want
More?
What more should you
Ask?
My tears and
My blood?
I have abided
To give you
My all,
Now, you
Refuse to
Give.
I
Cry
When I
Think of the things
I wasted on you,
Only to be
Denied.
A pity,
I would have
Given you my
Very breath
Had you asked.
Now you want
To restrike
Our bargain?
Too late I'm
Afraid!
I've made the
Deal
With another.
Upon your first offer,
You refused my deal.
Upon the second,
You sold to another,
But you wanted a third,
I'm already gone.
