A Quarrel Poem by Adookorn Auaduma

A Quarrel

Rating: 5.0

embroidery
of the tongue
plait spider web
with ribbon of words

prune wool grass
with autumn
fingers of despisal
spread
wool in the air

spew charcoal fire
ember
smoulder
glow and flare
set the sky ablaze

thunder beat drums of war

stars run helter-skelter
dance
crocodile dance
moon
and sun take refuge
in the cloud

confusion rent wand
conduct
a choir of gossip

stars distance themselves

moon
and sun collide
fall
fall
and do not rise!
