A Red Rose Poem by Lesiba Matlala

A Red Rose

O my love's like a red red rose
That's newly blooms in winter
My love's voice so sweeter then melodies
That's gently played in soft tone of saxophone

In the nick of time
For love allow me to rhyme
Before arrow pass five
Let's tie the knot and be my wive
You always makes me feel finer
Unlike a King of China

Like a train to isolation
If you gang without farewell
And always stiff upper lip
And act like a mad chicken
At the crack of dawn
I'll look for thee and sing thy favorite song

Oh my love, my red rose
Thy lips are more like candy
That's freshly moist with honey
Deep down for us I wish we live forever
Oh my love let's tie our bond
with all sweet talents of love.
