A Sea With No Shore Poem by Wael Karameh

A Sea With No Shore

Who can tell me whom I was five thousands years ago?
Or how much time do I still need to go?
Who can tell me if I will meet you again one day?
So life will change into a pure good not like today…
Who can tell me what is the secret of this strange world?
Can we simply live counting on the mercy of the unseen lord?
Destiny, luck, God...
We only think when we stick in the mud…
We go out, we laugh, and we have fun
We fall in love, we enjoy then we run…
We cry, we suffer and we try to hate
We never succeed; we can not change our fate…
We run again and again and again…
Till we reach the autumn without any gain…
We fall like a leaf of a tree…
Waiting for the wind to take her with the rain...
