A Shadow Of Death

Death is like a shadow
Sometimes it is near
And sometimes far away
It is always with you
Swirling in your mind
Like a bad dream
That you cannot get rid of
You can always be sure
That death will always be with you
Holding your hand
Waiting for the moment it can pull you from life
into the abyss of darkness
And you know that you can never escape it.
