A Silent Classroom Poem by Alan Sebastian Saju

A Silent Classroom

Rating: 4.3

In a room where dreams are drawn,
Where light and knowledge blend at dawn,
I stand before young hearts and minds,
Guiding them as wisdom binds.
Each desk, a world, a story told,
Of hopes, of fears, of futures bold.
They look at me with eager eyes,
Expecting answers from the skies.
I see in them reflections true
Of who I was, of all I knew.
A journey taken step by step,
With lessons taught and promises kept.
Their laughter lifts the heavy days,
Their struggles too, in quiet ways.
Each mark of red, a gentle guide,
To steer them right, to walk beside.
Yet they teach me more than I could,
About the world, about what's good.
Their spirit brightens every room,
Even in moments filled with gloom.
And when they leap to journeys new,
A part of me goes with them too.
A silent song within their hearts
Of lessons learned where love imparts.
