I do not know if its an unheard voice
Or a void in me
To fear not to sing this very song I wrote for her
Is it a song or a Poem
Her voice is afflicted
Her yesterday is filled with animosity
While her eyes are raptured by the voices in her
Affection mocked her

I long to jot a poem for her
To give strength to her
For she is a treasure
Despite the torture
She's a survivor

I long to sing a song of hope to her
For her to pick up all the pieces
For her heart to be filled with peace
To reduce all the ache
For her soul to heal all the wounds
The scars of emotional discomfort
