A Sonnet To Spirit Poem by SHUBHADIP MONDAL

A Sonnet To Spirit

Rating: 5.0

A soul hath all Thy glory kept for Thee
I wish if one or whole be spent to see
O Mercy, Thine divine endow's with glee
Mundane body bowed down, prays on knee.

Upon a concrete firm belief 'n zeal
Which seems impossible turns a relaxing deal
Eternal heaven brings a summoned peal
Thy bond for deeds awaits to heal.

Will I be freed, have I been forgiven?
Rebirth is not my reward, let's be taken;
That sea's Thy destined place, not to fasten
Anymore, the Father merges His children,

Amidst unbound infinite---goldrays, myth
Evoked through spark, transcended in Goldsmith.
