He opens up the door so wide
Looking for that special place
His mind is constantly searching
Each delightful extraordinary space

He cares about family members
From the present back through the past
He’s aware that life is fleeting
That nothing is here to last

So he moves forward searching
For what there used to be
Many times through the camera lens
Creating his own tranquility

He loves his brother dearly
Oh, you can see by where he goes
And he checks his oil and gas wells
To make sure that they still flow

Of course there is the spot
For which he’s truly fond
Yes, he never forgets about
His very favorite pond

He’s quite an amazing fellow
His voice is a joyful sound
Everyone pays sharp attention
When Robert comes around!
