A Stranger Poem by Margo Reid

A Stranger

I met a stranger,
He's a life long ranger,
Would he be my friend?
through thick and thin,
Would he be with me until the end,

Would we progress into something much more,
when I let him into my life,
Or leave him standing by the door,
Would he ever ask me to be his wife?

Would he love me?
forever and always,
Would he pray with me,
For the things, I ought to say

Would he take care of me,
when I'm ill
Would he be able to see,
The dreams, I want to fulfill.
