A Thirsty Soul Poem by c...sdb kind

A Thirsty Soul

My soul has moved from the calm waters of desire,
Up to and into the cave of love that shoots hot flames,
A flame trying to escape its wick.
My soul Ready to expire.
I feel the burning sensation and I’m sick with love,
But yet I want more.
An addiction for my creator.
Angels are guiding a path for the seekers who wish for truth.
They tell me to travel back to earth if I desire god.
And I know they are right.
So to ground I go, against my will,
For my creator. My king.
And when I fall to low, the angels speak again
They tell me to die; to wish for my soul to expire from love.
But I know they don’t mean death,
They mean thirst.
For if it would leave my body, I would have failed the purpose of creation;
Making a dwelling place on earth… for god..
The thirty god.
