A Walk Along The Sea Poem by George otto Becker

A Walk Along The Sea

Living my life and working as they say,
upon the beach we strolled today.
Gathering shells and searching for trinkets were we,
Swimming and laughing as we played in the sea.
We walked and we did smile,
With our sandcastles for awhile.
We stopped for a bite in the pale moonlight,
Spending our time under the stars so bright.
So beautiful is the sea,
Waves crashing along so evenly,
I am so happy because you were with me.
Enjoying the day in every way your beauty came like a dream,
Making me realize what this world does mean.
Living is nice as long as your in my life,
The rest is fantasy.
