A Walk in the forest, on fallen leaves
each leaf that flies, many a story it weaves
Colours ranging from gold to dust
leaping ahead, reliving dreams with a thrust
The Golden one, so new so near
reminiscent of, my lovely dear
When ' leap of faith ', together we took
the 'uncertainties, and dark clouds it shook
The Pale yellow, bright as a sunshine
moods fun and mellow lumine
New hopes, like a fresh spring leaf
Tempers iron Will and new Beliefs
The Rusty Brown, hopes shattered remind
some dark memories come chasing behind
they moulded our thoughts for a brighter today
disappointments, resentments, no longer i am afraid
A Dark Green, from the branch dismembered
ready to face wilting, crushing under feet, surrender
Learn we must to face our challenges astute
no matter, how much the Storm and the Weather brute
The leaves, 'Song and Dance of Life', define
limitless Energy and and Bounties of life we confine
If only, we fly and soar unafraid to fall
Courage and Strength cushions our downfall
Embrace the difficult times
for they make you Sparkle and Shine
Embarked, we all have, on a Journey of Learning
Thoughts and feelings Perceptive and Discerning
A 'Walk in the Forest', it was indeed
freeing the Spirit, of Sadness and Grief
Splendours ranging from, eyes moist to gleam
I FLY, I SOAR, I DREAM, I DREAM
