A Whisper In The Ear Poem by Mohammad Younus

A Whisper In The Ear

A whisper in the ear,
A phantom in the night,
A flicker of hope—
In the hush of quiet light.

It pulls me from my grave—
Yes, I'm still alive.
It shows the flame
That quickens the dead,
Even in the depths
Of endless voids.

A magic breath ignites the spark,
Revealing truths in shadowed dark.
How can monsters cloud my sight
When I am one with my divine light?

So close you are, yet far away,
Rising on the spiral's sway.
Rung by rung, with each pure breath,
In but a blink, I hold His hand.

Through sacred eyes, the truth appears—
The light I've sought through earthly years.
Now glows in heaven, pure and bright,
Ecstatic oneness crowns the night.

The golden thread that drew me near,
Reveals its purpose, pure, sincere.
It shows the face of dreams fulfilled,
The alchemy of a soul instilled.

At last, the Covenant of Alast binds,
Unites my soul, my heart, my mind.
One Truth through all, above, below—
The Light eternal, ever aglow.
