A Woman A Woman, Be She A Muslim Or A Hindu



A woman is a woman,
Be she a Muslim or a Hindu,
But it is a fact
We have oppressed them so much
Whether we accept it or not
In our patriarchal society
Of villagerly elders
And moral police,
The unnecessarily conservative
And orthodox people.
