A Woman Without A Soul Poem by U Win Kyi

A Woman Without A Soul

She doesn't know how to cook
but all he cares is only her look.
She doesn't need to wash dirty clothes, bowls and plates
because washing machines are his best mates.
She never asks him for a brand.
She never plays poker with friends.
She never chats on internet.
Finding a new boyfriend she never expects.
She doesn't need to work under hot sun
for earning an extra money as income.
She never complains his returning home late.
She never nags about not buying her a birthday cake.
She never fights back
even if she was slapped.
With the old one when he becomes fed-up
then with the new one he satisfies his lust.
At first in the house, she was the only one.
Afterward several women came in one by one.
There are now a total of five,
but there is no jealousy or quarrel or fight.
They are the sex dolls
without a soul
bought at the price of gold.
