Aborigines are still horribly persecuted and there hasn't been much progress in the way of rights until the 80's. It's quite sad but a real problem that this extremely small and culturally unique race has had to deal with since the British colonized. They only recently gained civil rights. It is distressing to see this problem repeat it's self in almost every relatively new country, I mean you would think humanity would have learned it's lesson from the past centuries..

it is true the indiginous community were the first settlers here on this wonderful island, nice short and sweet poem :)
