About Men... - Poem by Vinayak Manikkedath

Hunger
The solution to all ire…
Which does not let us think
It is the ultimate salvation
The pain which climbs
Like vines of the banyan tree
On the walls of our sweet home
Gradually sinking it to dust
Over the years..
Which is actually the destiny
Of all that is built…
Hunger keeps us sane
keeps us on our toes
keeps us human..
Man would have been
a much better being
on one full meal a day
and sleeping less than he has been.
