I wish that I could write a little more
and by doing so not be an eyesore.
Many write just for the sake of writing
and what they write about isn't exciting.

Take for example those who write poetry
how some try too hard and deliberately,
in an attempt to make out they've written
yet in plain view themselves have bitten.

In today's online world of web poetry sites
there are so many where you can post writes
on just about any topic that you may think of
if it doesn't go against the local rules thereof.

And so we have the situation as stated before
where people write and post only just to store
whatever comes to their mind for others to read
even if it wasn't worth all of their effort indeed.

However all of this activity may not be so bad
if it helps any person in not being lonely or sad
by telling other people what they think and feel
when life or conditions have become so unreal.

It may even help someone to write a little better
as we can learn something each day by the letter
when we write or read what others have written
who may better know of life they're also smitten.
