Accolade Warranted Poem by michael Smajda

Accolade Warranted

How can I ever repay you?
For your loving me so much,
Entrusting me with your future,
One our lives were destined to touch.

Who would have thought you and I
Would live so long and never part.
Now, that we are separated, my love,
Enjoy every bit of God's Sacred Heart.
