Acrostic To Miss.Sulochana
M iss. Sulochana, our dear H.M.,
I dol of our I C F Nursery School;
S erene Deity, to you, this hymn,
S ung this day, is dedicated.
S ailing in the minds of students,
U nceasingly toiling for their ascendance;
L oving and giving; noble and kind;
O n this Earth, a like, hard to find.
C ementing discipline with affection,
H oneying even an admonition;
A ngelic so, is our Teacher darling—
N ectar—in our hearts for ever clinging—
A ll the best, dear God to her be bringing.
who was very endearing to the students.The school comprised of Five standards and when my youngest daughter was promoted to sixth standard
she very much felt missing her loving Teacher while parting.
At that parting function, as leader of the class, she read and presented this poem to her which was appreciated by the Teacher.

Met her today (6 Sept 2014) at her home in Ayanavaram. She is as wonderful as she used to be when I was a student (1972-79) in ICF Nursery School. At 82 years of age, her mind is still as clear and sharp as it used to be. May God bless Miss Sulochana Teacher. May God bless my other teachers of that school as well - Mrs. C Jayalakshmi, Mrs. Rajeswari, Mrs. Revathi, etc. Regards. M S Prasad
Who could forget the kindest Hindi Teacher, Mrs. Sundari! Also, Tamil teachers Meena and Ramamani. The ayyas - Govindamma, Rajamma and the Anglo Indian aayah Meriam. Then we had Chawla Teacher, Johnson Teacher, Vedagiri teacher, etc.
Yes. Sulocahana teacher is truly outstanding. She had the gait and the dignity of a Head Mistress, yet she was the kindest. ICF Nursery School was great. We had great teachers.
