Act One
Defeat shall never be
Stored in my vocabulary
For I persistently
Will seek my victory.
Run the race I will
Unmindful of the pain I feel
With Perseverance still
Each day my dream fulfill.
Despise the mockery of Age
Though Time will turn the ending page
I will be running with much Courage
Bow my finale on Life's stage.
