Sun's long touch, a gentle hand,
Leaves little marks across the land.
On heads where hair is thin and bright,
Rough spots appear, touched by light.
Not yet a danger, small and mild,
But time can change them, running wild.
A scaly patch, a crusty sign,
Could grow to something, not so fine.
But help is near, the doctors know,
To make these little troubles go.
With freezing cold, a winter's kiss,
Or creams that heal, a gentle bliss.
A special light, a glowing friend,
To help the skin begin to mend.
Or with a scrape, or laser's beam,
To chase away a troubled dream.
So watch your head, where sunbeams play,
And keep those rough spots far away.
A simple check, a caring gaze,
Can save you from the darker days.
