Would you still love me?
Would you still care?
If I showed you,
What was always there?

Would this facett
of my personality,
Overtake me in your eyes,
Until it was all that you saw
When you looked at me?

Would you demand a reason
For something
Others never had to explain?

Is it me that would disappoint you,
Or is it the path I had to follow?

I used to pray to be
Your idea of normal.
But now all I pray for
Is to be loved.
Unconditionally.
